I showed up on time to my noc shift tonight. We thought another CNA no call no showed, so I was given his group. I finish my first round and he comes in over an hour late, and they gave him my group without even talking to me first.

I was in my groove, supplies ready, finished changing everyone, and then they switch me and want me to do the same for another group because that dude likes my group more? NOOO

I'm impartial to all groups here, but I dont like my flow disrupted. I was already set up doing my thing, and I showed up on time. I put my foot down but it wasnt easy... I said either I keep my group or I go home because this isn't fair whatsoever.

Like the people pleaser I am, I am regretting my decision to speak up. But like, I was on time and handled me shit! Why tf does he get special treatment 🤬🤬

sometimes this job gets to you. thank god its my Friday
