I scraped out the leaves and dirt then flushed it out with a hose until it drained smooth and clean. This is the area under the windshield where the outside air is pulled in the cab and water drains under the door hinges. Those little black plastic cups under the door hinges hold dirt too. You can remove them to clean or keep poking the drain hole with a pencil.
