Two Updates FTO1 on the same day of biometrics
EAD approved 11/26/2025
EAD Card produced 12/03/2025
Two FTO1s on 01/04/2026 and 01/09/2026 "case is actively renewed" status change
No silent updates or any updates from that date until 04/20/26
Advance Parole approved 03/31/2026
Several inquiries with Emma throughout the process, no transfer to FO, case was at NBC the whole time.
I filed congressional inquiry on 04/08/2026 and I believe after that they touched my case on 04/20 and within days I saw that the application is approved.
No dependents, EB2 NIW.
