Paychex to administer HSA, experiences? [NY] HR professional question
I am currently shopping to move the HSA administration for my company ( <50 employees). We have been with a Wex based platform administered by our bank (regional). We have never been thrilled with the platform, but previously the customer service on the employer side for any issues or corrections was phenomenal. That has really deteriorated in the last 18 months to the point that it's time to move it.
Our payroll is already with Paychex, so having that be integrated is appealing, but I'd love to hear from anyone who uses it about how your experience has been. Specifically, does the employee platform work well for them, and how is the service on the administrative side if there any any issues or corrections needed?
