Hello everyone hope all is well

So im currently 21 years old ive been working at my department since i was 19 so i have almost 2 years on. but as of recently I’ve come to realize how unmotivated a lot of the people i work with are and i feel like it’s starting to rub off on me. By nomeans im i going to act like im a superstar or not human but as one of the youngest guys there with still a lot of career left in me its in my opinion kinda sad. Everyone has a ego about everything everyone wants to be a chief but forgets that Indians are as important and i just kinda feel like my time is being wasted but i honestly just wanted to know what should i do for people who have been in a similar sustainable as me
