How often do we have to make applications submissions in one advocacy hearing?
Is that common? Should I assume there will be two applications to make in each submission, or in your experience should I only look out for 1?

Hi, I saw a (Ulaw) sample of an advocacy answer on Summary Judgement and it confused me as to the structure of our submissions.
I thought the application should go like this:
In the sample answer however, The submissions were different. They only argued that there is no real prospect of success, and it was in the legal facts section that they said there is no other compelling reason for a summary judgment.
Can anyone confirm if my structure is safe or needs changing?
Thank you!
Hey guys! Im not from Saudi but I’ll be moving there real soon and wanted to meet some nice people who are near my age. (I hope this is the right sub).
Maybe we can tezt/call/meet up. I’m so interested in immersing myself in Saudi rather than just being a foreigner who doesn’t make any effort.
I felt my structure today maybe was a little off. There was just so much application to do for the CMA/Legal Writing and I think maybe I got carried away, and maybe I rambled on a bit. I just wanted to ensure the application was full as I know I messed up on that before.
Thinking back to my prep, I remember some of my tutors saying there’s no one correct way to structure the essays. Do you think there’s much leeway in terms of whats a correct structure, or it is very much strictly IRAC and you’ll get marked down otherwise
