It's April and I've been on a downward spiral. I'm ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle. I'm 360 lbs, 41 and I'm not getting any younger. I use to be in tip top shape, super cut up but working from home, business, chasing that dollar, and not eating right has lead me down the wrong path.
