Hey Nashville. I’m building Yarder, a neighbor-to-neighbor yard work platform launching here in a few weeks. Looking for our first batch of “Yarders” (what we call workers) to onboard now and start taking jobs at launch.
The work:
• Lawn mowing, weeding, mulching, plant watering, leaf removal, brush pickup, pressure washing, garden planting, gutter cleaning, and eventually renting out those tools that have been collecting dust in your shed
• Bring your own tools (or rent through the platform later this year)
• Set your own service area (1-25 mile radius from your home base)
• Pick which services you offer
• Homeowners can set up recurring or one-time jobs
The pay:
• Fixed-price jobs (you set the price): $20 minimum, paid via Stripe direct deposit 24 hrs after completion
• Bid-mode jobs: you set the price, homeowner accepts
• You keep 82% of every job. 18% platform commission. No other fees, no lead fees, no monthly subscription
• Tips go 100% to you
Timing: Platform soft-launches mid-May. Signing up now puts you in the first wave - I’m onboarding the first Yarders manually so you’ll have jobs waiting on day one.
