I’ve been falling off as far as finding new metalcore bands. If you’re in one plug it and I’ll check em out

I just recorded over the heaviest track I’ve ever done. At one part of it I had a vision for a much deeper guttural than I can naturally do, and instead of coming up with an alternative I thought back to when I used to use toilet paper rolls as a kid, and used one to deepen my voice. It created the nastiest, depths of hell sound I’ve ever heard. I’m very happy with it but in the back of my head I’m scared of having to do it live someday. Cupping the mic just doesn’t get as deep as this. I feel like if I did it live I’d have to have toilet paper ready to go. Go ahead and tell me I’m cheating and I’m the problem with core vocalists. I already know lol
