Tax changes and PPOR subdivision
Hi All,
Just trying to understand budget a little. I've got PPOR which is recently renovated and big flat backyard that would be prime for subdivision.
Looking at changes does this put myself in a good position as either I subdivide and build while living in existing property or get plans and permits drawn up and then sell property entirely?
