Received this message after she booked. I’m pretty firm because my market is short and that’s what travel insurance is for but curious what you would say.

Hi. My son and family live in (town). Some of Our family from (state) is coming out for my granddaughter’s birthday. So my other son and his daughter and I will be staying at the house.

I’m just a little concerned about your cancellation policy. While our flight reservations and plans are pretty final, things always can come up. Any wiggle room on that? Thank you! I love the area. (Son) lived in a cute house there while a student. Thanks!
