As title says. Is this something you have to earn? I only play around in warfare and don't do operations.

Since there is already so many questions on tapering thought I would post this great site done by University of Queensland in Australia. It has a bunch of information but more specifically has detailed taper plans as well for most anti-depressants including Desvenlafaxine (Pristiq).
It has slow taper and even slower taper plans. Always check with your Doctor as some can taper much quicker with minimal side effects but this resource is great.
In Australia you can only get 50mg but if your Doctor prescribes lower doses you can go to a compounding pharmacy and they can make up the required strength based on your prescription.
I know there's plenty of threads on taper but looking for someone who's done similar.
10 days ago I dropped from 100mg to 50mg (both extended release) after being on for about 18 months, been pretty good at start but past 3-4 days some mild/moderate headaches and some upset stomach. Nothing too crazy but stomach very "unsettled".
From what I've read I'm in the peak taper side effect window. Pristiq made me really constipated so I'm wondering if since I've dropped to 50 that could explain the stomach upset, bit of diarrhea after some bad constipation.
I feel a little more clear headed as I think 100mg was blunting me a bit but anxiety certainly peaking a little.
Curious to see others thoughts as GP said diarrhea not really a taper side effect but seems like it actually is. It's certainly not bad but along with some headaches and achy feelings I'm thinking it's all taper related.
