So I had my first lucid dream today (since I started doing ssild) from the past 5 days. It was only a few minutes long before I died and woke up. But I don't really know if it was the SSILD that made me lucid or something else

So I do the SSILD cycles just before going to sleep, for practice. But today I had a lucid dream even before I did a wbtb and it was almost 4-5 hours after I slept. I'm thinking it might have been due to DEILD and not SSILD. Since I had a regular dream before the lucid dream.
