I have a brother that has been working for Chic-fil-a for 8 years and has never been given a raise. He still makes $8.25 an hour as a BOH dishwasher/ occasional cook. Full transparency, he does have a disability but I personally do not believe that should stop him from getting a raise. He works Monday- Friday 35-40 hours a week. My question is, is there some sort of corporate standard I can bring in to the conversation? It feels as if he is being taken advantage of and deserves to be paid more. He works hard, works often and is reliable.
