I bought this from a Bristol vintage card shop roughly 7-8 years ago, can anyone tell me if it looks real or fake, also I apologise for not showing back of card

Bought this dragonite from Birmingham card store, 9 years ago, the only thing that worried me back then was it was £9 but that was before the hobby went through the roof in lockdown period

Please bare in mind the card in the photo is in a sleeve and then doubled sleeved with a penny sleeve and in my binder

But can anyone tell me if this is real or fake please
