My partner and I are eloping in Rockport, Maine in June. Can anyone recommend a wedding officiant (or place to search for one) who can marry us and is also a notary who can take care of the marriage certificate after the wedding? I found one person on The Knot but she charges $700 and it seems a bit silly to pay that much given that my “wedding” will be just me, my partner, and our two witnesses.
