Since it’s summer I’m just wondering does ur place of employment have a dedicated custard employee or does expo handle all of custard as well. Wondering because mine usually doesn’t have a custard guy weekdays and has expo do it.
We’ve been getting our ass kickef since the weather turned. With a full board of tickets (mainly uber/ doordash) and getting 10+ shakes in the middle of it seems very poorly planned/ inefficient. Usually comes down to the front of house or dish guy having to come work custard or with expo.
This causes in store customers wait times to go up a lot.
We are in a high income area of a major city for added context.
