So I’ve just bought a 5 mg x 10 pack of Reta from my vendor. The first vial I reconstituted with the BAC they provided, and it came out cloudy. Nothing unusual; it might’ve been a bad vial. I’ve gone through 8 of the vials, and they’re all cloudy regardless of what I do or what BAC I use. Any solutions?
