Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer term.

• Timeline: Mid May through July 31st
• Location: Luxury IQ apartments , which is 5 minutes from campus / on the Bull Runner route aswell.
• Rent: 900 per month. Can discuss further if you DM me!
• The Space: It’s a 3x3 floor plan. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The unit is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer/dryer.
