Hi I got some speech issues like whenever I try to talk to someone I get nervous easily and I try to speak something but starts fumbling so our family astrologer told me to wear panna so I just wanted to know is it good because as I was reading about it a post said don't wear the Gemstone of your 11th lord as it causes health issues so can you please tell me is it good to wear it or not .
