matcha latte i use 8oz coffee bowl mug,
- Powder: 2.5–4 grams
- Sugar: 10–20 grams
- Hot water (80°C): 20–25 ml (milliliters)
The Cocktail: . I mixed Itohkyuemon's matcha powder with Baileys Strawberries & Cream and a splash of Rum. The depth of the matcha shone through brilliantly, perfectly intertwining with the sweet strawberry notes to create an incredibly balanced cocktail.
