Okay, this is a long shot. But I remember reading an absolutely BEAUTIFUL Drarry fanfic so long ago on fanfiction.net that followed the canon and essentially filled in the gaps with a secret love affair between Draco and Harry. It was so long and hadn't been finished before I lost it. I genuinely think about it all the time. (It might not be as good as I remember it being but a babe can dream)
