Hello,

I am wondering, between a Contract Agent position (limited to max 6 years) and an indefinite Consultant position (not MBB) what is better for someone’s career?

Are the time limit as well as Policy work of contract agents actually a disadvantage, especially if working there for 6 years and not passing a competition? Would a transition to private still be possible?
