I started my journey on March 20th 2026 and in 7 weeks I have lost 15kg.

I want to scream and shout BUT nobody apart from my husband knows I'm on it.

I am on it through the NHS for my diabetes but I also need to lose a LOT of weight.

I am on 2.5 still and just been prescribed my 3rd 2.5 pen. No side effects at all apart from occasional constipation.

I have always struggled to lose weight but this has been effortless. No food noise has been the game changer.

I track calories in nutra check and aim for 1600. Currently very little exercise and 2-3 liters of water

Just wanted to share with others who understand.
