30 days on ATLAS!

Okay, first 30 days on ATLAS are done!
It's been a big learning curve, and after the first week I nearly jumped back into carbs and chocolate. But I'm proud of myself for carrying on with the diet and the 4/5 moves per week.
I'm 46 years old, and I'm starting to really like how I look in the mirror.

7 months ago my aorta suddenly split and I was given a 5% chance of making it through a 10 hour open heart surgery. My friend and family told me my gym days were over. I had to walk with a stick for two weeks.

So I spoke to my consultant and he told I could definitely go to the gym, I just had to limit weights. So I do more reps with lower weights, I do cardio, I go 4/5 times a week. I haven't had a sip of booze since my heart exploded.

On to the next 30 days!

Can I wear a Palestine shirt at work?

Hi everyone, first time poster here. Like the rest of you I'm just feeling utterly helpless in regards to the genocide in Gaza and Lebanon. I watch Double Down News (worth a look if you want objective reporting) but it's massively depressing and frustrating here in the UK at the moment. The most voted for man in the country campaigned with posters stating 'anti-zionism = terrorism.' A woman was arrested getting off a train for calling Israel's actions a 'genocide' because it made a Jewish man feel uncomfortable.
Even my (left wing, lieral) family think I'm being radicalised because I talk about the attrocites happening. My brother called me anti-semitic for passing him the reports of IDF using dogs to r*pe prisoners. Israel truly seems to have created an atmosphere where any cirticism of these horrific war crimes is met with claims of anti-semitism.
In my office at work one of my colleagues is from Israel. He's a lovely guy, we have nice chats about our weekends, families etc. Once or twice he's come over to me and tried to tell me sharia law is here in the UK now, am I scared for my daughters? He also said to the whole office that there were 'too many muslims' in the atrium of the office. Our bosses said nothing, it wasn't even noted.
I want to wear a t shirt to show the world my solidarity with the people of Palestine. But I genuinely feel that if I wear anything with the word 'Palestine' on at work I will be disciplned for anti-semitism (which is insane.) My wife says I'll be attacked if I wear it on the streets. I'm a 46 year old white atheist, BTW.
TL/DR - Does anyone know if there are any sublte t shirts from companies who give money to Palestinian causes? If so that would be much appreciated.

Gutted not to get three points but loved watching us push and make chances

I know we're all gutted, but I thought there was a bit more magic about us tonight. Kinksy was fan-fucking-tastic Tel was unlucky but that goal was an onion. Maddison was happy as a dog with two dongs to be back on the pitch, he boosts morale.

Whatever happens I'm happy we're not playing with lead boots.

I was loving the purity of stash and wet shave, but I think maybe a bit of stubble evens my boat race out.

Apologies for this massively vain post! And no comments on my shirt on the left, I'm enjoying a tiny bit of joy as a Tottenham fan, let a man have his small and fleeting pleasures!
