so i took my first dose of monjaro on thursday afternoon, it’s currently saturday night and i haven’t pooped since thursday :( i always go like 2-3 times a day (im also on metformin so its usually very easy lol) friday i wasnt able to eat anything because of the nausea but ive made sure to eat 20 grams of fiber today so im hoping that will help. if anyone has any advice id appreciate it <\3
