Did you have similar situations when buying a VIP when the money was withdrawn and the VIP was not credited? That's what happened to me. I paid for the gold VIP, I was charged, but the previous bronze level remained on the account. Support said to wait 24 hours and usually the subscription automatically connects after the end of the previous subscription. My bronze level ends today (April 30). I hope everything will connect
