Hi Everyone
This is my first ever post on Reddit. I have been following this sub for a while (just lurking) and love all the enthusiasm regarding coffee. I noticed most of the roasters here use traditional roasting methods. My company manuafactures Air-Motion Roasters and I was wondring what your thoughts were on air-roasting (fluid bed) vs traditional drum roasting?
