CAD-Software Tips
Hello everyone, a few months ago I started making jewelry using the lost-wax casting process. So far, I’ve been sculpting the wax models by hand and also casting them at home. Since I want to create my first collection and would like to make some more technical pieces, I want to get into the lost-resin casting method and buy a resin printer. I already own a Bambu Lab 3D printer and currently work with Fusion 360.
However, I’m looking for a different CAD program. Fusion 360 is great for technical designs, but I quickly run into limitations when trying to create more organic shapes or import 3D-scanned objects that I then want to model on top of.
I’d really appreciate any software recommendations! Ideally, I’m looking for a CAD program that I can use both on my laptop and on my iPad.
