Caged Ceiling Fans

I could use some help/clarification.

Pertinent info: I am in a new build (2020) condo and currently have basic lighted ceiling fans. Each have pull chains and powered by wall switches, 2 have a dimmer switch and speed control, and 1 has a regular on off switch and a speed control.

Id prefer something more flush mount like the bladeless/caged. Reason is two fold- 1) dont like how low they hang and 2) I have two boys... and needless to say, all the pull strings have been removed and their fan is off. (Iykyk)

They are getting older, so I want to be able to turn it back on so they can control it, but I am still not comfortable with free flying blades.

So the question: Do they not make caged fans with lights that are compatible with my switches?

Everything I find needs a remote. I did establish I need an AC motor not DC. But even searching those, they are remote operated. And then say there are not dimmable. Which the light being dimmable isnt a deal breaker, but I assume there are electrical related risks to having a dimmer switch when an on/off is required...

TIA
