So I use single disposable contacts once a week; like 4 times a month and this time it rained spontaneously in the middle of a ground and I couldn't hide anywhere to protect my eyes and I got exposed to rain while I was in contacts for 6 minutes straight and I pulled them out of my eyes and threw

There's no irritation or redness ( been 12 hours ) yet but I've this massive health anxiety building up, that I might caught keratosis. What to do now
