Hi All - I continue to have on going issues with my son's standalone apple watch plan. Whenever the watch disconnects from the network (ie running out of battery or no service) it will reconnect to the network however it will lose all data capability (messages, calls, and find me). Have tried removing the watch and resetting, have tried the "airplane mode" reset as requested from chat support (it worked for a day). Our house is in a bad service area, so perhaps the initial set up is corrupted? What's the solution? We have 2 other watch plans that were set up about a year after this one and we do not have any issues.
