well I’ve been in contact with Narwal concerning my 6 month old flow which no longer will recognize the clean water as full. the latest is that I will be required to send my base unit to a repair center for an undisclosed period of time. I’m ready to just buy another vac (not Narwal). anyone have similar experiences?
