I want to smell like a freshly opened box of golden Nilla Wafers under a thatched beach umbrella this summer, with salty sea air hitting my nose. Any suggestions or layering combos?

How do these two compare, what vibe do they give, and when would you wear them? Fragrantica has very few reviews for the le parfum and most of them are contradictory. Thanks in advance!
Moonlight crashing against dark woods for a spring evening fragrance. Can be a bit gourmand, floral, realistic, anything as long as it’s a bit cozy and can handle cold temperatures as well as moderate (~55 degree) evenings. Feel free to take some artistic liberties, I like creativity
I’ve spent all spring trying to find a good spring gourmand, and I can’t seem to figure it out for the life of me. Everything either leans too feminine, isn’t wearable and smells like a candle, or is redundant to something I’d wear in the fall without actually feeling like spring. I’d like something that can handle the temperature changes, but remains cozy and mood lifting.
I’d like to hear what you guys wear, and any suggestions are welcomed!
