Hoping for some career advice and hoping this is the right place for it!

I am in a position at the moment where I’m working as a Workday BA (big 4) but with significant transformation exposure (internal facing) and now want to pivot into a workday consulting role.

I have 2 offers - 1 from a big 4, 1 from a small boutique but ex big 4 staff up to partner level etc.

Both offer to pay for certs, visa, decent enough salary etc.

What would you choose? I’m thinking smaller boutique may be a good place to start consulting career as I’m less siloed into a specific module and can have a broader depth of experience, perhaps with less of the politics for promos, approvals etc but equally I’m thinking continuing in a big 4 is great for the CV.

Any advice/suggestions from anyone in a similar position?
