I’m not sure what factors are causing this issue, but I recently gained more than 10 kg in the last year. I also found out from a recent health check that my cholesterol level is a bit high. I have some belly fat as well. My average sleep is only 5.5–6 hours a day, I don’t eat very healthy, and my work involves sitting in one place for long hours. I’m also not very active and don’t do much exercise or workouts.

Could these changes in my body be causing me to experience ED?If anyone has gone through same issue and managed to beat the ED, I would appreciate hearing your experience! 👏
