  1. What do you do for work, specifically?
I'm in sales right now (work remotely, 9-5, 5 days a week) & sometimes it's fine, but days with lots of calls or tons of work can put me out for a while. I feel like I'm in a constant cycle of burning out mentally & physically even though working & sleeping is all I do. Which also makes me feel lots of feelings b/c on paper my job really isn't asking all that much of me. I'm just looking for some ideas of jobs or roles that might take a slightly lesser toll.

  2. What accommodations do you have in place?
My workplace denied my request for a 4 day work week (in an unfortunately legal way) & I'm not sure what else to ask for that would be helpful

Extra deets: I'm not sure that I have me/cfs. I'm working with a good medical team currently to figure things out, but I do meet the diagnostic criteria. Regardless, whatever is going on is making my current job feel pretty unsustainable.

Thanks in advance for using your limited energy to respond:)
