I started working out about 2 years ago, I was 6' about 190lbs with little muscle, now I'm about 200lbs with significant upper body muscle growth. I do my best to eat healthy, and get cardio In when i can, I'm awful at running, and I try to lift 5 days a week. My big question is when am I supposed to actually start feeling good? I don't honestly feel better than before I started working out. I constantly have body aches and stomach aches. I've been to the doctor numerous times whenever i have a persistent ache or anything, and all my tests seem to come back that I'm perfectly healthy. But I don't feel it, I really just want to give up tbh. if I'm not feeling better, then I don't want to do the thing that's supposed to make me feel better.

Rn I have this weird stomach pain, it's really low pain but kinda feels like I got hit by an airsoft bb in that spot. Not like an immediate hit but like 10 minutes after kinda hit. I went to the doctor cause I was worried it was my appendix and they didn't find anything so they sent me on my merry way. I feel like doctors don't take the things I say seriously just cause all my blood and urine tests come back good.
