This man sat next to me on Redline headed to Glenmont, between Tenleytown and Farragut North. Proceeded to whip it out and you know, in plain view. Turned to look and he mouthed something incoherent. Therefore, I took out my phone and proceeded to record. ladies, look out for this perv. Tried my best to get photos.
