Hello, I have a problem with my Roomba 705. The PowerSpin roller does not rotate while the robot is mopping. However, it does spin when it is in the station during cleaning, but once it is on the floor, it doesn’t . I have cleaned everything and checked that everything is properly in place, and it is. Has anyone experienced this problem before or found a solution? The device has already been sent to iRobot because of this issue, but they were unable to detect any fault.
