RKE and other system failures after detailing
Got the truck back from a detailing appointment a couple days. Started having some problems, looking for some ideas. 2019 silverado RST 5.3
On the drive back, got a right turn indicator failure message.
24 hours after, key fobs arent getting picked up by the truck, cant even start/turn off the truck unless i put one of the key fobs in the center console "low battery pocket". Both fobs stopped working at the same time, both have relatively new batteries.
Now the tpms system isnt responding.
My guess is that water got somewhere or they hit a harness / connector with a pressure washer maybe. They didnt spray the engine bay, still nice and dirty in there. Based on the timing it really seems like it was the result of something that happened during detailing, and the gradually failing systems leads me to believe a possible short, logic error, inline electrical issue.
I disconnected the battery for an hour, reconnected it and the remotes worked again for a couple minutes that stopped again. Ive opened up the panel to the BCM and saw no burnt fuses.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, im at a loss.
