Hi, I am a nursing student expected to graduate this December who has been a cna since November 2023. I have worked at a SNF since then to now. I applied for a CNA position at Sutter and was rejected one week later without an interview. They said, "We wanted to let you know that, although you were not selected for the position you applied for, we are always looking for qualified people like you." So I am definitely qualified, but what is the trick to getting in?

Hi I am a current nursing student who is expected to graduate nursing school this December 2026. I have been working at a snf since November 2023, so have some experience under my belt. I put in an application and got rejected about a week later, without any sort of interview. They said: "We wanted to let you know that, although you were not selected for the position you applied for, we are always looking for qualified people like you." So I am just a little confused, because I am very qualified. How did anyone get a CNA job at Sutter.
