I don’t usually post things like this, but tonight I felt like I needed to say it somewhere.

Life hasn’t been perfect lately. There have been quiet moments where everything felt a little too heavy, and days where even small things felt overwhelming. But somehow, in between all that, there have been these tiny, almost invisible moments of kindness… and they’ve meant more than I can put into words.

A stranger holding the door a second longer. A friend checking in “just because.” Even something as simple as a smile from someone passing by. None of these moments are big on their own, but together, they’ve been enough to remind me that things aren’t as dark as they sometimes feel.

I’m grateful for the people who show up without even realizing how much it matters. I’m grateful for the quiet support, the patience, and the little pieces of light that keep breaking through.

If you’re someone who does small kind things, please know they’re not small to everyone. They might be the reason someone keeps going.

Tonight, I’m just… thankful. For the good, the bad, and everything in between that’s shaping me into someone stronger.
