It’s been 4 days and it lets me withdraw but then it gets declined back to my account not sure what’s happened tried contacting support and they’re terrible never replied or they’re just ignoring me not sure

I was admitted to UCSB as a transfer student and was given my second choice major. After careful consideration, I have decided that the second choice major is not the right fit for me. I am very passionate about my first choice major, which is economics. Is there any way I could request a change in my major? If that is even possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
