i’m feeling a little silly for this but could use some reassurance.
this morning i had my first round of allergy shots. i had no reaction or issues, not even itching around the injection sites. ive felt normal (if a little tired) all day.
this evening i (stupidly) started cleaning my room and kicked up some dust. i now have a scratchy throat and maybe the slightest wheeze, which is pretty much what happens every time i am exposed to dust. i know wheezing is a big red flag for systemic reactions, but it’s also par for the course for me. how am i supposed to gauge what is a sign of a serious reaction and what is my normal allergies when i am constantly exposed to allergy triggers?
i am monitoring my symptoms and if anything get even a little worse i will head straight to urgent care, but i really think i’m just stressing myself out. anyone have similar experiences?
