I made a post yesterday on a 14.5 barrel that I own from a police surplus kit the other day. I actually bought 2 of the kits and both the kits are identical.

The barrel on this upper is dated 11/98. (Just like the other barrel I posted the other day)

I believe the upper receiver was replaced by the department(Maybe was originally a fixed carry handle upper) Does anyone have any idea what the make is? The rear lug is marked with a "N" and has a Anchor Harvey forge mark. The original idea with this upper was to use it for a M4 Clone.

I've also attached a photo of how the kit was advertised on Blue Mountain supply's website. I swapped out the surefire handguards, ASR/ magpul rear sight.

I have a Colt 14.5 barrel that I plan on using for a Block 2 M4 Clone. It came from a old police surplus parts kit off of Blue mountain supply.

Before I remove the sling swivel for good, does anyone know if this would this be a good enough barrel for a block 2 clone?

Barrel is dated november 1998 and is a non F FSP.
