Update: Justice will served. I filed grievance against the clinic with insurance company. I was like I think you guys are getting off because these are not giving me any treatment not even an alternative to pain meds. And apparently Aetna has discovered evidence of malpractice and neglect and possibly with malice intent to prevent me getting treatment and medication that caused my condition to worsen. Im suffering with possible permanent nerve damage as a result. I’m receiving expected treatment with neurologist and an mri to determine the extent of damage and that pretty much going to be biggest factor in how much I can sue these bastards for.They ignored my symptoms and labeled me drug seeking instead of treating what was causing my pain the pretty much called me a liar did nothing. DORA advised me to lawyer up immediately and no contact. Aetna got them bypass the referral to the Neurologist and the clinic called me 3 times yesterday when before that would not even return my calls. Bad doctors getting what they deserve. Still though nobody will me a Vicodin lol! But at least I’m going to finally get treatment I’ve been asking for 4 months!
