Tractor Supply Rose
I bought this bare root rose at Tractor Supply. It was labeled an Arctic Flame rose. Now it's starting to bloom and it doesn't look anything like an Arctic Flame. It's hot pink to red on the inner petal and silvery white on the exterior of the petal. What is this?
