Hello! New here to the group but need help making a figure!

Hey! I just joined this group but I want to make a Lego X-men figure thats not official to Lego but Maybe you guys could help me out!

I want to make nemesis from the BAF marvel legends line, I’ll include a picture but I’m not sure what I can use really to make one or a brick built would be cool as well.
