We share a fire escape with our neighbors and one of them keeps smoking in the window of their fire escape (right next to ours) and sometimes they sit in the actual fire escape and smoke. Our apartment smells like cigarettes and pot.

We’re about to have our baby in a month and I am not sure what to do about this. Please help
